I am currently halfway through my second phase of training with Nate as my coach (about 8 weeks in). I could not be happier with my results so far. Nate's guidance has included providing me with a custom meal plan, workout schedule, and bi-weekly checkups to track my progress, tweak my plans and keep me motivated. So far I am extremely happy with my progress under Nate's guidance. I have both toned and put on muscle. Nate has got me following (and enjoying) a meal plan plan for the first time in my life. He gave me great recipes and taught me to set snacks and meals on a timed schedule to train my body to fuel up regularly. He made balanced unique workout routines that continually challenge my body and train me in a different way than I have ever trained before. Nate's positive attitude and sense of humour along with his knowledge and understanding of the body, topped off with his consideration in helping to make a custom plan that fits with my lifestyle, tastes, and goals has made him an ideal coach - I could not be happier! Your ability to adapt on the fly
5/5 - positive energy, challenging yet motivating at the same time. Professional service and able to relate to clients. Appreciated that you remembered and considered mental and physical limitations then provided alternate approaches to each exercise. Always started on time. Best part: spontaneous dancing and singing! Learning about muscles/nutrition while having a blast of a time.
My experience was wonderful. I've always been a physically active person but Nate's training program really challenged me in. In the month of training with him, I noticed changes in my physical appearance, my fitness level and my mental state.I appreciated the tailored training program and the fact that every workout was different. Nate is a great motivator and really takes the time to explain exercises and tweak them to ensure proper form. Nate's energy is contagious, it really influences a person's drive and motivation to succeed in the goals that are set.

Very easy-going demeanor, but knew how to push you. Very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and very willing to coach. Would take the extra time to make sure technique was mastered. Good facility with a good variety of equipment and lots of space to perform exercises."
